If you have 5 active users / licences, but only 2 user Aero, you will still be billed for 5 Aero users. There isn&rsquo;t any way for us to differentiate on the backend which users can and can&rsquo;t access it.</p> <p class="p1">You can add and use Aero during your 30 day trial. You will be billed for Aero and Method together and on the same cycle and will not be billed during your trial period.</p> <p class="p1">Aero is not developed by <span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;">Method, nor is support for it pro<span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;">v</span>ided by our support team</span>.
