&lt;p class="p1"&gt;The data in the textbox does not save because you are not specifying a location for it to save to. You need to add a custom field to your &lt;b&gt;Customer&lt;/b&gt; table and the drag the field onto your edit customer screen. The data input into the field will then be saved in the custom field on the Customer table.&lt;/p&gt;

We only need to be able to write one or two words and it does not need to synch with QB. So I added a text box object to the edit customer screen but when we add a note it does not save. I feel I may be missing someting simple here but am not sure what it is/(&lt;/p&gt;
