Hey Callum,

That is very odd, another route to customize the page is to head over to: Customize > Screens - and the screen we are going to customize is CRM_EditCustomer. Highlight the screen name, make a copy and when you highlight the copied screen you will now have an option to Edit.

Customise Customer Transactions Table

Hi guys,

I want to customise the Transactions table under the Customers tab to show me the total amount of the figures displayed (currently it only does this for 'Balance'). When I right click on the table and select 'Customise', I get the message 'The value passed in the URL appears to have been altered. Please check the link that you used to access this page.'.

As far as I know, nothing's been changed about the table... any ideas why this may be happening? Or is there another way to go around acheiving the same aim?
