&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;That is very odd, another route to customize the page is to &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;head over to: Customize &amp;gt; Screens - and the screen we are going to customize is CRM_EditCustomer. Highlight the screen name, make a copy and when you highlight the copied screen you will now have an option to Edit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I &lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;want&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; to customise the Transactions table under the Customers tab to show me the total amount of the figures displayed &lt;span id="mce_0_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(currently &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;it only does this for &amp;#39;Balance&amp;#39;). &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;When I right click on the &lt;span id="mce_3_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;table &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_6_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;and select &lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;#39;Customise&amp;#39;, I get the message &amp;#39;The value passed in the URL appears to have &lt;span id="mce_7_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;been altered. Ple&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ase check the link that you used to access this page.&amp;#39;&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As far as I know, nothing&amp;#39;s been changed about the table... any ideas why this may be happening? Or is there another way to go around acheiving the same aim?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
