&lt;p&gt;That worked.&amp;nbsp; Did not realize there were a couple of duplicate records in the first table, which meant I could not set it as a unique field and add it as a drop down in the second table.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You need to create an association between the tables before you can use the &amp;#39;Add a Linked Field&amp;#39; option. So for instance, you have Table A and Table B, you then have to figure out something unique that links the two tables. For example, you can add a dropdown field to Table A, &amp;#39;Full Name&amp;#39; that&amp;nbsp;contains unique values. You now have created a relationship. At this point you can add a linked field.
