In the dropdown that appears, you will have the option of displaying Inactive customers as well.

So I have 2 contacts, Lil Pop Shop and Lil Pop Shop (deleted), in my cotacts list with the one that is followed by deleted marked as inactive. The issue I am having is that all of my activities and invoices are under the custmer marked as deleted. I tried to chenge the information under the customer called deleted hoping it would send it to quickooks and I could merge the customers there but no matter what I try I can not get this custmer to reappear in QBO. I have been working on it for about an hour now but nothing is working to get it to show up in QBO. Or is there something else I can try?
