&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Opportunities already has a Closed Lost stage where you can keep track of customers where they did not go with your product/service. If you are using opportunities regularly and assigning transactions to them then you can keep track which stage they end up in. &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;You can&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; also&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;have a opportunity set up for strictly opportu&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;nities lost which you can assign those lost/closed estimates for.&lt;br /&gt;-- Loi&lt;/p&gt;

Something that can be used &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;to &lt;/span&gt;keep track of why a estimate was lost or closed &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;and possibly assigned an opportunity to it? I&amp;#39;d be interested in what other people have done for something like this.&lt;/p&gt;
