Welcome to the Method forum! My apologies for the late reply.

The customer reports actually use the Contacts table as the master table. As such, the dropdown for custom reports is filtered for reports with Contacts as the master table.

You have a couple of options with how to go about this.

1. Use the Contacts table as the master table for your report.

or

2. Filter the custom report dropdown for reports with the Contacts table or the Customer table as the master table. You can accomplish this by using the Build Selection List instead of Equal to value in the Filter dropdown.

I am having trouble with my method report builder. It seems as my opportunities and contacts master table reports will easily transfer over to the method crm interface. However, anything that I build with the master table being "Customers" does not pull over to the method crm Customer Reports "custom" report section in step 2 within the CRM.

I can save the Customer reports in the builder, and also preview the first 100 list of data, however I can't get it to transfer over to my Method CRM to run the full report, nor even find it in the drop down list.

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated .

Thank you!
