&lt;p&gt;Under the Case Description/Add Activity tab section, the date and time stamp that shows up under Previous Comments: is meant to show the date and time the activity is entered. So it is working as per design. Since this area directly links to the Customer Portal, it is a great way to view communication as it was entered without users having the ability to modify the date and time communication was made. Activity when I edit the Activity Start Time, add my Comments ,click &amp;nbsp;Add Activity, &amp;nbsp;the time and date stamp in the Previous
Comments screen are the default computer time and date, NOT the Activity Start
