&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_17_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;It appears that the issue is in the Go To link Actions....when I made a copy of the previous&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;CustomerList, it added HTML code in the dropdown where you choose the field&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; (&lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;here&amp;#39;s a screenshot: &amp;nbsp;http://screencast.com/t/0jHTLENET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Even when I select the correct field in this box, the go to link still opens a blank Customer Screen.&lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve gone back a version in the CustomerList and made a copy of that screen, and the same thing happens--so frustrating! &amp;nbsp;Can you help with this?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They have the same Entity Record IDs, but one is a contact and one is an alt contact, so I guess they&amp;#39;re different. &amp;nbsp;(We modfied the contacts list so it&amp;#39;s not easy to identify that difference). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thanks for helping me to understand! (I also added the special type field back into the table so it&amp;#39;s clearer in the future.)&lt;/p&gt;
