&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;This is certainly possible!&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; The best way to accomplish this in Method:Classic would be to take advantage of the List Builder (Found under the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;CRM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Tab Group &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Campaigns &amp;gt; List Builder&lt;/strong&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The List builder &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;will enable you to fill a list with your Customer leads, Create activites for these contacts, and a&lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ssign&lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_11_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; them to the Method user you set up for your Call&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;entre. When your Call centre logs into their account, they will then see a list of every lead they need to call! Once the call has been made, they can complete the activity, assign follow ups etc...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#39;ve recently signed an agreement with an agency to do some outbound calling. They tell me that they have used Method before, so I plan to set them up as a user.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The project we have on the go is to sell a course that we&amp;#39;re offering. We would like the call centre to call a set of leads (that are in the general geographical area), and book them in the course.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was thinking of setting up a campaign to select the leads we want to approach. Is that the easiest way? Sometimes I spend SO much time messing around with importing and exporting data from Method, I wonder if we should go back to using autofilter in an Excel spreadsheet!&lt;/p&gt;
