Firstly, What kinds of interactions&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;/transactions&lt;/span&gt; would you have with a reseller? Are you tracking what the reseller&amp;#39;s customers? and what they sell on to these customers?&lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Any ideas on how to set those up. Keep in mind that a &amp;quot;reseller&amp;quot; would never be a paying customer of ours...but still an important part to our sales process.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
