We have been using Quickbooks Jobs for years and are used to the funcitonality of printing out a Quickbooks job with notes for the repair technician.

I need to have the capability to print case notes from the Edit Case Screen.

Example - I click Edit Case and add to the notes "Unit received for **Out of warranty repair**" etc.

I would then print this out (along with ALL notes) on a color coded sheet so our technician knows what to do with it.

Thank you.
