Sorry for the inconvenience! The operators on the Classic side are indeed only showing '=' or '<>' for me as well.

I would actually recommend you use the update fields in table action to only update one record per pass - and to 'mass update' records by throwing this action within a Loop, and using the loop itself to specify exactly what needs to be updated.

Thanks Spencer

-Ben

Re: "Update Field in Table" function missing Where Operator Conditions

Hi, has there been any update on this? It's easy to reproduce, just add the function and select the top two criteria sections, then you'll notice the operator selection list gets reduced from the 4 options to just "=" and "<>". Even stranger, the text description of the operator changes from Words to symbols, lol.

I ran across this again the other day, thankfully I only needed the "=" operator to make it work. But originally, I needed the Greater Than operator which wasn't listed.

Thanks

Re: "Update Field in Table" function missing Where Operator Conditions

Hi, thanks for replying.

First of all, I'm using the older interface. I suppose my first question is how do I even upgrade to the newer interface? Is that an option?

Second, while on the older interface my screen looks the same as yours as long as I don't populate the fields above that, as soon as I select criteria in the fields above, it removes the 4 options of "Equal To, Not equal To, Greater than, and Less than" and replaces them with "=" and "<>" signs. It's really strange. Attached is a screenshot of what I mean. Can you try populating the above entries first and then see if your choices change like they did for me?

I can still see all the values in the dropdown list. Here is the screenshot:

In my above screenshot, all the values are visible from the article. Please let me know if you see it otherwise on your end. If yes, please give us more detail, so that I can look into your account for this.

I'm trying to use the function "Update Field in Table" which the documentation for it is listed here: https://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&article=Update-Field-in-Table&id=132

If you take a look at step number 7. in the article above, it lists that there should be 4 Operator conditions to choose from: Equal to, Not equal to, Greater than, and Less than. However, upon trying to use this function, in the dropdown field field, all I can select are Equal to (=) and Not equal to (<>). I can't select Greater than or Less than. I need to be able to select those to complete what I'm trying to do.

Is this a bug?
