Great question.

It is possible to customize and edit screenlets, but considering the insights dashboard is still in beta, we have the customization aspect behind a feature flag.

However, it does require a strong understanding of customization.

I would highly recommend talking to your account manager to discuss further options.

I'm not too sure which report you mean, but there are a number of ways to show a single stat.

For example, here's a screenlet that show the value for Overdue Invoices:

This is doable via customization.

I was wondering if it was possible to create our own and edit the existing screenlets for the dashboards. I am looking to create an executive dashboard and was hoping to create a "Total Sales" metric that would show how much our company did in sales for a day. Right now I am experimenting with graphs that have a single day metric, but it does not look as clean as a Screenlet - Metric.

Also, is there an "object" that i can use under the controls of a report that will also show a single stat?

Graphs are great, but sometimes, a single stat is a better metric on a dashboard or report.
