&lt;p&gt;pdirect - RuggedNotebooks is bang on.&amp;nbsp; The only thing I&amp;#39;ll&amp;nbsp;add is that you need to make sure that the User is assigned an Employee/Vendor. Do do this, go to Customize &amp;gt; Users, edit the user, and make sure that in Step1 there is an employee or vendor chosen for this user, and that this employee is specified as a sales rep in QuickBooks.&lt;/p&gt;
