But then&nbsp;in the dropdown boxes and in the screens, not everyone easily recognizes jsmith.&nbsp; It would be nice if the&nbsp;user login&nbsp;could still be jsmith, but the dropdown boxes and screens would show &nbsp;John Smith.</p>
