&lt;p&gt;Hi Wayne,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes,&amp;nbsp; Is it possible to have employees view history of clients without creating transactions?&amp;nbsp; We have sales reps that also field cutomer service questions.&amp;nbsp; I would love to have them be able to do this but control the creation of invoices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, is there a way to have new customer entries default to lead status only until I determine that they are no longer a lead?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you for checking in!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
