I don't think so.

Transactions that are "open" such an an unpaid invoice, un-closed sales order, pending estimate, etc., will ignore the history setting. You want these showing up in Method - you want customers and staff to see an invoice that hasn't been paid, regardless of how old it is.

Also, and transaction that has not been posted (including those Waiting For Sync Approval) will remain in Method.

Paul,

Would this explain why we are seeing transactions well before the Transaction History setting. We set Transaction History to 60 days and all transaction options to Default. Yet we are seeing a small sampling of transaction from as far bask as 5 years.

This makes us uncomforatable and we need to understand exactly how the Sync Engine is doing its job, especially in relation to the Transaction History settings. Please direct us to a detailed explanation that helps us understand the results we are getting.
