Currently it is not possible to send a ‘Silent Email' through Method. What I can suggest is creating a screen that you will visit once a day that will have the send email actions built into it and click a button once a day that will perform some checks and determine which customer should have an email sent to them or if you want to get fancy you can even set some actions on the OnScreenLoad event for the main screen that comes up when you log into method and have that check to see if the ‘Silent Email' process was run that day and if it wasn't run it. It's not exactly silent but you can set it to run as soon as someone logs into Method for the first time that day.

What I would like is, if the status of an activity does not change 3 days after the activity was created, then an email is "Silently" sent to the customer saying" We are just following up on the quote "Quote Description" we sent you, please call or email us to let us know your thoughts. "
