&lt;p&gt;I would try a full sync again or even reinstalling the sync engine. If you are still having issues enable the MethodSupport user (&lt;b&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Users&lt;/b&gt;) and email me your account name to &lt;a href="mailto:m.melo@methodintegration.com"&gt;m.melo@methodintegration.com&lt;/a&gt; and I will take a look at your account.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Installed Method on my server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Logged into QB as admin (multi user mode)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Opened the company I want to sync with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Opened Method - Performed a full sync. - Sync seemed to proceed properly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Opened Internet Explorer. Logged into Method.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No data. - Synchronization preferences have not updated&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How do I get Method to recognize and update the synchronization preferences?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
