&lt;p&gt;I am not sure of the full details of the changes but it should have no effect on anything you have already customized, you should only see the changes on the standard portal screens.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Method charges $0.15 per 5 minute interval of active portal usage ‐ rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. Method is able to distinguish between active usage and passive login time. For example, if a user logs into the portal, works for 4 minutes and then leaves his desk without logging out, Method will only charge $0.15. Also you should see some updates to portals in the next couple of weeks.&lt;/p&gt;

I wanted to clarify how this works.&lt;/p&gt;
