Based on the screenshot you sent me you are using Method CRM and the Inventory Item screen is slightly different then the Method Full Blown Inventory Item screen. In this case you will need to edit the screen and add the field you are looking for.

So to confirm in the grid with the GoTo link the On Hand quantity is displayed but when you click GoTo the popup screen that is brought up doesn`t show the On Hand quantity under the Inventory Information tab. Can you send a screenshot to m.melo@methodintegration.com

It does not show up when I click the "Go To" link on the item list page. These products were created in QuickBooks. We never create products in Method. I could send you a screenshot if needed.

The On Hand quantity should show up. Is this happening for all inventory items? Did you add these items directly in Method or in QuickBooks?

When I open the default ItemInventory screen, it does not show "on hand" inventory count. Is it supposed to show this data? If not, it should!
