That is till I used the drop down list and it showed only RecordID and the name of the county when i was choosing. After I chose the county the recordid only showed. Simply wont work.</p> <p>To sove this i deleted the table and made a new one with a unique county number field. Each county has their own number. When i choose the drop down list now, i see the county number and the name. when i am done choosing, it saves the county number and it works great for me.</p> <p>My question to you is, does the relationship in a drop down list have to be number? </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
