Thank you . Methodsync was in "help - disabled items" (I did not even know that that existed)...I enabled. Restarted Outlook and we are good to go.. Thank you so much. Learned something new today.

Hi Fran,

Do you get any error message when you load Outlook? What version of Windows are you using? Do you have anything listed under Help > Disabled Items in Outlook?

Hi,

I had 1.0 plugin..downloaded the 2. whatever and installed. It does not show on my Outlook 2007. Have tried several times. Tried looking though forum for an answer and can't find What am I missing? I have uninstall and reinstalled several times.

By the way, from witin Method it is difficult to make sure you have the correct plugin. have to navigate through several forum screens... It would be real helpful to have a download page or screen where all of the downloads reside instead of having to searcvh through the forum pages.
