The screen you are looking for is called ContactsPortal_Transactions. If you go to Customize > Tabs do you see a Contacts Portal tab listed there? If so, can you click on Edit Tab Links you should see Recent Transactions as a Tab Link Name and it should open screen ContactsPortal_Transactions, if it's not listed add it and try the process again. If you are still having issues enable the MethodSupport user (Customize > Users) and email me your account name so I can take a look at your account. It is an error and it appears when I click "save & email" the pop up says "can't find the Recent Transactions tab" The error is correct for some reason I don't have a Recent transactions screen or even a Transactions screen. I don't know where they disappeared to.

So How do I get the Recent Transactions screen back?

Are you receiving an error message when you click Save & Email? If not what exactly is the sequence of events? Or is this issue with the email that is sent out when you click Save & Email?

Transaction Screen

On the Field Service Tab >> Estimates Tab Link the "Save & Email" button is asking to redirect to the "Recent Transactions" Tab Link. However, it can't be located and I don't see it in my screens list.

Did the Recent Transactions tab link get removed? How do I restore it?
