The fields are called PortalUserName and PortalPassword. If you edit the Contacts screen you can add both those fields to the screen. However, the data doesn&#39;t appear in the &quot;username&quot; or &quot;password&quot; field on the customer tab when an administrator goes to look to see what it is.</p> <p>Do I need to set some functions on the customer tab additional information screen in order for the username and password data to appear in the field?</p> <p>The reason I ask, is because I have had customers who have problems creating an account or loggin in and I can&#39;t help them by seeing if an account was created or what thier username or password is if they did create an account.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Matt</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
