Andy,

Is your packaging list screen based off the invoice table? If it is you should just be able to drag the Sales rep field from the fields on the left and that would display the value from the invoice you saved. How did you add the Sales Rep field?

I just re-read my post and realized it made no sense. Let me clarify. The field itself carries over. It's a drop down with our selections of sales reps from Quickbooks. However, if I make a selection from that drop down list in my Invoice screen, and hit save, that selection doesn't carry over to my packing list screen. For example, if I choose Andy as the SalesRep on the invoice, I'm thinking Andy should show up as the SalesRep on the packing list. Just like if I select 30 day terms on my invoice, the selection "30 day terms" also carries over automatically into my packing list screen (this one works).

I am not sure what you mean by "How do i make the SalesRep field carry over", is it not showing up on the copied screen?

I've created a Packing List screen pretty much as a duplicate of my invoice screen, except with the InvoiceLine showing different columns. How do I make the SalesRep field carry over? All the other fields seem to carry over automatically (PO number, terms, due date, etc.)
