&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Arial&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:black;font-size:10pt;"&gt;Changing the format string should fix this for you. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;To do this edit your template and select the field that you want to change the Format String for. Click on the&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;"&gt; &amp;gt;&lt;/b&gt; that should appear above the field after you select it. Click on the &lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal;"&gt;&amp;hellip;&lt;/b&gt; button next to Format String, from here you can change the format of how the date will be displayed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

In the print preview for the screen, a time of 12:00 pm shows up underneath the date. How do I get rid of the time all together? We just want the date to show up for this field.&lt;/p&gt;
