Hi John,

Here's a thought you could modify the ContacstPortal_Transcation screen to instead of filter the grid by Entity equals value from session Portal- Entity Full Name to Entity Contains value from session Portal- Entity Full Name. If she logs in under the Parent Account it should show all the jobs. There is one potential issue with this suggestion and that if you have a customer with a full name of John; they would be able to see the transaction for John Smith, John Doe. John Wayne etc.... but you could use a custom field to get around this. One thing i want to stress is that anytime you want to test your custom portal screens, create a new portal all together and add the new test screens to that portal, last thing you want is a mistake that will expose information to the wrong customers.

Greetings,

I have a client that has 15 properties. Every month I send her 15 invoices so she gets 15 emails and thus she has to enter her email addres too see these 15 invoices 15 times. She was telling me shes geting tired of this. I cant blame her. In quickbooks, there is the main office then i have the 15 jobs under the main office account.

Is there a way for her to log into one screen and see all the invoices and stuff like the customer portal has but in one web page?
