&lt;p&gt;These are most likely related to permissions in QuickBooks, you can just delete those conflicts. If they comeback its because you do not have admin privileges in QB.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Inventory Adj&lt;br /&gt;SO&lt;br /&gt;PO&lt;br /&gt;Estimate&lt;br /&gt;Charge&lt;br /&gt;PayRollItemWage&lt;br /&gt;Txn&lt;br /&gt;Deposit&lt;br /&gt;Sales Receipt&lt;br /&gt;Receive Payment&lt;br /&gt;Check&lt;br /&gt;CreditMemo&lt;br /&gt;Invoice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any thoughts?&lt;/p&gt;
