Hi Greg,

To follow up with this, we have now tested it and are able to duplicate the issue you are describing and a ticket has been created for this issue (I cannot place a guarantee on when or if this will be fixed).

Yeah, It's not a frames issue. it's like it comes up like a picture on the screen and there is nothing left or down past the borders of the screen. It is NOT a picture of course because I can enter into text boxes and like I said if I go to the last text box and hit NEXT(TAB) on the keyboard it goes to the next section, but I can't go back up to the first section, without first going to the topmost text box and clicking PREVIOUS(ShiftTAB) on the keyboard to go up. Also if I HIDE the current sections it will bring up the next section. I just don't know why it doesn't bring up the whole page in the initial load and let me scroll down to the info. I know I had some compatability issues when I first started with METHOD in IE. It didn't want to size properly so I had to move to MOZILLA and then it seemed to adjust to the size of the monitor it was on. I really wish there was a fix for this.

Hi Wavetec,

I haven't tested this but I did a bit of research, when you are scrolling in Method are you using 2 fingers or 1 finger? To scroll within frames on an iPad you need to use 2 fingers (Method uses frames).

I have tried Safari, Skyfire, and Atomic (both as firefox 3 and IE8) and everytime I get the same issue. I can't seem to scroll thru my screens. I have many custom screens and I know you can't really speak to them, but I was just wondering if there was a general reason or if anyone had this issue and has gotten around it.

I get the initial part of the screen that I can see in the size of the ipad screen and it works I can enter into it and select from the grid but I can't scroll up/down or left/right to see the rest of the screen.

Oddly enough if I select a box to enter text into, I can hit NEXT(TAB) on the ipad keyboard and it will bring up the next section of screen, but then I can't scroll back to the top.

I know you guys aren't focused on ipad right now but my boss really wants this to work for the sales force and I was just wondering if there was a work around.

I haven't messed with the MOBILE screen design yet but I'd hate to have to redo all of our screens for MOBILE application.
