Hi Dawn,

A lead will become a customer as soon as a transction get sent to QuickBooks. So for example if you created a sales order for a lead and did not check Waiting for Sync Approval when that transcation gets sent to QuickBooks it turns the customer into a lead.

Hi Michael, I added another test customer and checked the Waiting for Sync Approval for the sales order and this time it didn't go into Quickbooks. My question now is - where does the approval occur so that it does go into Quickbooks?

Can you give me the exact steps you took to create this transction in the order they took place, that way I can test the exact same steps on my account and see if I get the same results.

Hi, My company is very new to Method and we've been doing a lot of testing. Today I entered a Sales Order for a test customer and checked the box on the sales order for Waiting for Sync Approval? My thought was that this would not integrate into QuickBooks until it had been approved by someone however it did integrate into QuickBooks. Is this how it's supposed to work? The actual description does read that if the box is checked it will not be sent to QuickBooks until it is approved.
