&lt;p&gt;Currently there is no way to do this using the current Method screens but you can customize Method to fit these needs. One example is using Shared Results to store information (such as an assignee) and pass that information to other activities you create.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not exactly sure what you mean but if you were to look at the lead from the customer level it would display all the activities they have scheduled.&lt;/p&gt;
