Are you hoping to find an out of the box solution? What really sets Method apart is that it's highly customizable. So, even if the feature doesn't exist in a standard Method edition it's likely that it could be customized to solve your particular issue.

Method should be able to meet these needs (We don't have GPS capabilities but have mapping options using Google Maps). Here is a link to our webinars LINK.

Hi!

We are looking at ServiceSideKick and Nimble, so far. Research is time consuming and slow!

Here are the basic things I have now and would require in any new system:

Able to schedule multiple trucks/techs

Email through the CRM

Organizational chart capability

Calendar alerts

Print calendar schedules and reports

Map and GPS info for techs

Unlimited notes for each contact with time stamp

All emails, notes, history and pending activities are connected to customer

These are new things I think would be valuable:

Integration with QBs to avoid double entry

Cloud access.

Do you think Method could deliver these requirements? I'd love to speak to another group of users to see how they use the system. Are there tutorial videos to watch?

Based on what you're asking, this sounds like something that method could do extremely, well. Each franchise can be provided with a proven business system that includes things like management reports, a CRM that manges the sales process, automated billing, inventory & job cost controls, marketing system, social media management, routine emails to the customer list, and on........... The list of features and benefits are far to large to mention them all.

You could also setup a master Method account that could send and receive info to&from all the franchisees.

What other complete systems have you investigated? Would this be something you're looking at doing in the near future?

Franchise Group Looking for New Software

Are there any franchise owners who use Method?

We all use QuickBooks in our businesses and we need a program that syncs with QBs. Right now, I use GoldMine for our CRM, scheduling and email, but there is no syncronization with QuickBooks, so we have double entry and need to access QBs for any financial information about a client. All our owners have cobbled together different systems. Our Home Office is looking to find a single system to provide new owners in an opening package and also offer the system to existing owners.

Will Method perform these tasks? How do you like the system and the support you receive?
