However, if there is an address that comes up which Google Maps does not recognize it&nbsp;gives us the error that the location was found and that it&nbsp;&quot;Located City and State only.&quot; Then if you click&nbsp;OK, it continues to repeat the error message over and over. To get out of that loop we have t actually click the&nbsp;close button. </p> <p>From Internet Explorer, when we select a work order and then clikc More Actions &gt; Map and Directions for Selected, we get the Google map with error messages that state, &quot;InitializeError: ReferenceError: BBrowserIsCompatible is undefined&quot;. When we then click OK to that error&nbsp; message another Error message appears: &quot;Error: The Geocoder has not been initialized&quot; Then when you click OK to that error message the map comes up without any of the addresses mapped. </p> <p>We are NOT in Compatibility Mode in either, but we tried it with the Compatibility mode and got the same results. </p> <p>ThanksBoyd</p> <p>Mosquito Squad</p>
