&lt;p&gt;That&amp;#39;s good to hear, we proactively tried to update all accounts but if the default name had changed we had no way of knowing if it was a closed status or not.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Go to &lt;strong&gt;Cases &amp;gt; New Case&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;and click &lt;strong&gt;...&lt;/strong&gt; next to the &lt;i&gt;Status &lt;/i&gt;drop down. Here you will see a &lt;i&gt;Closed Case?&lt;/i&gt; check box, check this for the Case Statuses that are a Closed status.&lt;/p&gt;
