i had to put this project on the back burner. I am wondering if you really need to send out these reports. I think as soon as you create a invoice, it will show up in the customer portal regardless. Is that is the case we might just send out a group of emails, let say gmail to everyone saying there is a new invoice in customal portal. just have to make sure the customers mini url is in each email. Not shure where i am going to go with this.

Currently there is no way to do this but it can be customized to do this. If you do customize this in, I would recommend being very careful you don't want to email invoices to the wrong customers and be sure to take advantage of a new feature in the Generate Report action to make use of Filter Safegard and limit it to 1 record.
