The "To be e-mailed" checkbox marks that PO as to be e-mailed in QuickBooks (QuickBooks has that same check box) it has no function in regards to emailing from Method.

You will need to customize the Purchase Order screen to get the results you want. I would recommend making a copy of the actions found in Print > Print Selected and adding email functionality to that (Send Email action, you can edit existing screens and reverse engineer the email process). As always when working with sending out emails you want to triple check your actions to make sure that they are working properly and sending emails to the correct clients. If you do not want to tackle this yourself we can do the customization for you through paid consulting.

I am currently using the Print Preview button and e-mailing them individually which is time consuming.

I noticed there is a “to be e-mailed” box that can be checked but I don’t know how that works.

I just reviewed the vendor webinar but it did not discuss the “to be mailed” function of Method.

Is there a way to e-mail multiple purchase orders to the same party without having to send them individually?
