Currently if you want to have this at the customer level you can add a grid to the DocumentLinkLibrary table. I would recommend taking a look at the CRM_EditOpportunity screen and reverse engineer the documents section.</p> <p>-Michael</p>http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/thread/7631.aspxThu, 18 Aug 2011 21:16:28 GMT3393c1ec-311b-4812-96cb-ad8c611bba4f:7631jvance0http://forums.method.me/cs/forums/thread/7631.aspxhttp://forums.method.me/cs/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=13&PostID=7631<p>I am getting our system all set up for our customer and I really like it so far.&nbsp; It is very easy to use for the employees that are new to databases and not so tech saavy.&nbsp; I would like to know (as my previous database systems allowed this), if there is a way to add attachments to a customer file?&nbsp; The reason I am asking is that we receive signed Proposal and Credit Card Authorization forms from customers it is nice to be able to attach to the customer record for future review.&nbsp; As well, we have to keep for auditing purposes.&nbsp; If there isn&#39;t a way to save a file as an attachment is there a way to save a link that when in the customer file it automatically redirects you to the location in your computer?&nbsp; This just allows for easy access and allows my other employees to view as we have a dropbox on our server that everyone has access to.</p> <p><br />Thank you in advance!</p> <p>Jenifer</p>
