Welcome to Method.

Currently you cannot wipe an account clean. Once you have synced your Method account to a QB file, that account is then only good for that QB file. In order to sync another QB file you must have another account. If you could send me an email we may be able to reset this account for you. Otherwise you would need to get another Method account.

My email is r.bell@methodintegration.com

Now I would like to start new with a vaild qb file on my desktop but not sure how to do that. When I click the Quickbook Tab in methods and try to change the qb file name to sync to, it tells me I need to create a new account. Is there not a way to clear all tables and sync to a new desktop qb file without having to create a new account? Also to start a new account looks like I need to pay again for an account. Can someone pleae explain.. thanks
