&lt;p&gt;Try this:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to &lt;b&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Tables / Fields&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;and click &lt;b&gt;Edit Fields..&lt;/b&gt;. for the &lt;i&gt;Activity&lt;/i&gt; table&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Select &lt;i&gt;Add a Linked Field&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Link Using: select &lt;i&gt;Entity&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the Linked field drop down you should now have the ablility to select the customer fields you want to add to the activity table.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Next step would be to customize the screen that you want these fields displayed and drag them onto the screen.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i.e. While a sales rep is entering activity info, I want them to be able to see current balance, phone number, lead status, and other Customer fields on the left hand side of the screen.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
