Suzanne,

Are you entering the customer name in the grid header to search? Are you pressing enter or clicking on the filter icon?

Hi Michael,

Our Method account name is ScapeAbilities1. Here is what I'm doing:

Login to Mobile on my IPHone 4G
Select Work Orders from the drop down
Enter a customer name in the search box
Get the error.

Can you enable MethodSupport(Customize > Users) and email me your Method account name? I am currently unable to duplicate this issue. Also if you can included the exact steps you are taking to produce this error.

Hi Michael,

We are using a standard screen, not a modified version. Also -- I am using an IPhone 4 and continue to have this problem.

When I am in the Mobile Screen set up for Work Orders, I am getting the following message when I try and sort by Customer:

A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (hdnFilterView1952951168=",select runat="serve...").

Description: Request Validation has detected a potentially dangerous client input value, .....
