You can fax it to 416.640.6027. In the fax make sure to include the Method account name and the Admin username or atleast what it used to be.

Michael -

When I try to retrieve my password I get the error "Could not find your account. Please try again". I can log in as a secondary role, but it does not have the permissions to customize so I can't access the users section. Where do I need to fax the form to? At this point I am completely locked out and unable to do any further work with the system.

Have you tried the Retrieve Password link on the login form?

We can reset the password/change the admin but we require a signed letter with the company letterhead requesting MethodSupport to reset the password/admin faxed to us.

Lost Administrator Log-In

Somehow I have lost my administrator log-in, I presume I made a clicking error when I was managing users today. As I was the administrator and now my user is gone, there is no way for me to get back in the system and add my user back. Can you please restore my administrative user name on my account?
