It is "Process with a Webstore", there is an extra fee to have this enabled on your Intuit Merchant Services account.

I am pretty sure it would be Process with a Webstore. Its the one that makes most sense, though I will try and verify further.

Hi Michael,

regarding this, I am in the process of setting this up since we will be using the payment portal through method. bsouthwell has a valid question, I am experiencing the same thing. Danny said in the "how to" blog to turn on the shopping cart feature in merchant services. Well, there is no choice for "shopping cart" We only have the following choices:

Process with Webstore - this is for an online web store
Process with GoPayment - this is for receiving payments from an iphone.
Process with PayPage - Intuit PayPage is an online payment form that helps you maintain security and PCI-compliance. Customers can enter payment information or you can do it yourself. To use PayPage, you need a compatible web host or software provider.What does Software Provider mean? Your software provider is the organization or individual that provides you with the business software that integrates with Intuit's payment service. What does Web Site Provider mean? Your web site provider is the organization or individual that hosts your web site and uses Intuit PayPage so customers can make payments directly to you.

I am assuming we need to choose the Paypage option.

Please let me know which choice.

I did a quick Google search and based on that message you are getting it looks like you may need to make a change under Account > Processing Information after logging into Merchant Services. If you are still having issues with this I would suggest contacting Intuit since this part of the setup process is on their end.

That particular screen doesn't always come up, it will only come up when you have multiple companies setup.

After I login to the intuit site. I don't receive the screen where it asks to "choose your company"...

I'm new to Method and I viewed the "how to" video on setting up intuit, but I'm unsure which additional feature from Intuit I need enabled to use the customer portal to accept payments.. I am unable to receive the confirmation number, I receive the error "your software or website is not setup ....."..

Do I need the Hosted Pay Page option on my Intuit account or the Web Services enabled???
