John-

You can save yourself some entry time by setting up your team so you don't have to select it everytime.

In the Field Service Center Dashboard you should see Team Member under Settings. Click Team Members.

Give the team a Name and in this case set yourself as the Team Leader(This is what determines what set of employees to load) and as Employee / Vendor 1.

This will save you from having to select it everytime you try to start the timer.

Greetings,

Maybe i am not doing this right but here goes. Iooked at the instructions before i came here. This is all in mobile for Android

1. Open work order.

2. Pressed the start timer button. Through out the day it will ask for Team Members. So i go to team members, choose myself, click save button, then press the start timer button again and then it throws me to the work order list.

3. I log off and do the job.

4. I log back in. press the start timmer button and I get the same message saying to enter a Team member.

Is this the correct?
