&lt;p&gt;When you create/edit a web form and you go to step 8 of 9, in the &lt;i&gt;Table - Field &lt;/i&gt;column do you see &lt;i&gt;Customer - IsLeadStatusOnly&lt;/i&gt;, if you do is the &lt;i&gt;Default Value&lt;/i&gt; True?&amp;nbsp;This setting is what ensures that customers are only getting entered as leads and should be correctly setup by default unless changed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I just recently set up a integration web form on our website
&amp;ndash; it is the one that method provides the html coding for. I did notice when I
did a test run that a customer was automatically created in QuickBooks as well
as an opportunity in method. Im sure its either a setting in method or a line
of code in the html that needs to be changed to prevent this, but I cant seem
to figure it out. I just do not want a bunch of duplicate customers popping up
in QuickBooks.&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
