&lt;p&gt;I found where I can add/modify tables and fields. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These will be preventative maintenance items that we&amp;#39;ll need to view from my client&amp;#39;s home screen and from their customer portal screen. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There will be new tabs and a new report off of this separate database. There is no linking of the info with Quickbooks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any special linking to existing method screens that will be needed? &lt;/p&gt;
