&lt;p&gt;Pages are only &amp;quot;public&amp;quot; if they are shared through a third party portal.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So unless you are sharing pages through a portal, they are not public.&lt;/p&gt;
