&lt;p&gt;1. Create a custom field for the customer and vendor and enter values for new efax number as 1number@efaxsend.com (i.e. 18002223333@efaxsend.com). &amp;nbsp;I did this by exporting the current fax numbers, compiling in excel and re-uploading.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Make sure that efax is configured to send from the email address of the user. &amp;nbsp;There is a five user limit, so I used the default email account during the Send Email action in Method so that it always came from one email address that was in the efax account.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Create buttons on records where you would like to fax a report/print for Fax. &amp;nbsp;As part of the action script, you would pull the custom field value you created in step 1 and use that as the &amp;quot;To&amp;quot; address and generate the report the same way you would for printing or emailing. &amp;nbsp;You would want to generate as PDF and attach. &amp;nbsp;It will use the body of the email as the cover sheet and the PDF as the actual fax.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope this helps others looking for a solution.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
