This issue was related to a drop down field that was updated for example it was changed from John to Michael, so all the records that previously had John in it were now displaying Michael. In situations like this it is best to add a new entry instead of changing an existing one.

When you added her as a rep, did you rename the old rep to her name or did you add her as a new rep all together?

For the records that changed to be Kristin was the old rep the same for all those records or different reps?

What type of transactions did this affect?

Aside from the fact that this person would not be inclined to "steal"clients and replace other rep's names with her name, it would have been impossible for "Kristin" to change 1400 entries during the brief time she used this field. I am concerned that the field properties have changed so that it starts to copy over from one record to the next.

No one in the organization understands how to import data into Method. I assure you that replacing 1400 enrollers with "Kristin" is the last thing on any one's list, should anyone have had the correct permissions to do this.
